Some websites claim Rhodiola rosea is helpful for MS and some claim it is harmful. Are there any studies indicating either?

Since selenium was mentioned, I'll ask here if CL could add selenium glycinate to your selenium review the next time it's updated.

Very disheartening. So, no supplement significantly helps... Vitamin D had been recommended by my neurologist, as has B12.

Do you have any information on the use of Foltanx for peripheral neuropathy r/t MS? If one is taking a multivitamin, would the addition of Foltanx be harmful? Thank you.
