Our Members Asked:
Is Relief Factor likely to relieve aches and pains, and is it safe?

Answer:
Relief Factor is a dietary supplement promoted for relieving "everyday aches and pains." According to the manufacturer, the packets, which consist of two capsules and two softgels, should be taken three times daily until "discomfort moderates," after which time the packets should be taken twice daily.
No clinical studies have shown that the combination of ingredients in Relief Factor can reduce any specific type of pain. Certain ingredients in Relief Factor — including resveratrol, turmeric, and fish oil — might help relieve pain related to some, but not all, conditions, although the amount of these ingredients in Relief Factor may be too low to achieve benefit. Furthermore, these ingredients can be obtained individually at a cheaper cost. One of the ingredients in Relief Factor has no strong evidence of benefit for pain relief and it might reduce the effectiveness of certain prescription medications. Sign in for more details.
