August 13, 2024Thanks for all the suggests. I’ll add mine as well. :-). I have chronic vertigo for years. I’ve been tested by a vestibule Clinic and no “apparent cause”. I believe it rooted in my neck and my cranial. I also have had hearing loss and have had the Eply maneuver preformed by a qualified Audiologist. All this to say, there are like a 1,000 reasons a person gets vertigo.
I always carry “Bonine “ with me or another “motion sickness” pill. with, Meclizine.
Thanks for letting me give my view point. To better health!!

July 27, 2024I had dizziness for several years. I started taking a multi Magnesium Supplement to help me sleep and the best "side effect" was that it stopped my dizziness after a couple weeks!! I had my magnesium level tested and it is now at the high end of normal and I have not had dizziness for about 3 months.

December 04, 2014Just a thought: I had low blood pressure, and dizziness often upon rising out of a chair or bed, and it went away when I increased my salt intake (unprocessed salt, like Redmond). My blood pressure went up to safe levels after that.

February 20, 2022Salt has been demonized unfairly. Granted too much of it is a problem but salt is needed by the body.

August 06, 2024Whenever I get dizzy I eat something salty and it goes away. My sodium blood levels are on the lowest of the low side of normal.

December 03, 2014I had moderately low blood pressure which became considerably lower after long-term use of CoQ-10, causing me intermittent spells of dizziness. After quitting CoQ-10 and some prescription meds that also have the side-effect of lowering BP, I returned to normal. The fact that Co!-10 lowers BP is usually a good thing, but I had to discontinue it.
