December 28, 2020Life-long constipation was ended with 2 t magnesium citrate nightly for several years. Now, at 84, I am regular ... no longer dependent on the supplement, although I take it every once in while if I seem to be relapsing.

January 31, 2021I use magnesium oxide for constipation. It doesn't absorb as well as other magnesium which is great for loose stools.
